New 2-in-4 PP Strap Making Machine Successfully Completed Trial Run for Egypt

Yongxing Zhanxing has successfully completed the factory trial run of a newly developed 2-in-4 PP Strap Making Machine for a customer in Egypt.

This production line features our latest automatic winding system and a customized machine appearance designed according to the customer's specific requirements. Before shipment, every production line undergoes a comprehensive factory test to ensure stable operation, consistent strap quality, and reliable production performance.

During the trial run, the machine operated smoothly throughout the entire production process, including extrusion, stretching, embossing, cooling, and automatic winding. The newly upgraded winding system delivered stable winding performance and neatly finished PP strap rolls, demonstrating excellent production efficiency and reliability.

At Yongxing Zhanxing, every machine is carefully inspected before delivery to help customers reduce installation time and achieve a faster production start-up after arrival.

We appreciate our customer's trust and look forward to the successful shipment of this production line to Egypt, followed by on-site installation and commissioning by our experienced engineering team.
